Our investment process is based on three pillars, providing a consistant approach to stock selection.

Independent original research lies behind every investment decision we make. We use our own proprietary research. We believe it builds strong links with each company we analyse. It takes time, effort and patience, but experience has taught us to hold true to our research discipline to achieve the best results.

We place equal attention to risk and return, our aim being to deliver consistently attractive returns over the long-term.

For our equity products, we have an investment process that is based on: Quantitative Research, Fundamental Research and Active Portfolio Management. We have an integrated team approach - experienced professionals sharing ideas. We believe that our strong team culture leads to strong and consistent performance.

We have teams of skilled investment professionals in our Analysts and Portfolio Managers. In our investment process both roles compliment each other.

Our Senior Analysts have an average of 10 years’ industry experience. We choose our Analysts from across sectors to produce broad company and industry information. Their frontline expertise and knowledge is backed up by business, economics and finance degrees and MBAs.

Our Portfolio Management team are highly experienced professionals. They construct portfolios with the securities they believe offer the greatest potential to reward clients in line with their investment objectives. In managing portfolios they minimise risk and ensure that the holdings continue to meet the investment criteria.
